I have access to School Clinic. Why do I need Insurance?

All individuals should be covered by some form of health insurance. Your school will likely offer you basic health needs at the campus clinic; it is usually covered in the cost of your tuition. However, campus clinics will not cover major medical needs. You can’t predict if an accident or whether you will need other sort of medical attention. It is best to be prepared in the event you do need it. Affordable student health insurance gives you the protection needed for adequate medical care. Without  student health coverage, the cost of your medical care will come out of your (or your parents’ pocket).
