The health bill summit is about to play out and President Obama is telling Republicans to get with his program. Mr. Obama has released his plan to make health insurance coverage more affordable for Americans. The health plan is posted on a website for all to see. Now, President Obama and his team are asking Republicans to do the same.
Both sides are slated to meet and merge together their ideas to improve the healthcare system and provide Americans with more affordable health insurance plans. But it seems neither side is willing to compromise on their ideas. Republicans are insisting the government not takeover the system. Democrats feel the only way to bring down increasing health insurance costs is by getting involved.
Mr. Obama has been clear that his proposal isn’t the final say on legislation, and that’s what the upcoming summit is all about. However, many feel that the President is about to use his power to pass the bill regardless of how Republicans feel. Republicans are not expected to all of a sudden get behind Democrats on the health bill. After all, both sides have been debating the issue for a year.
At this point, President Obama appears to be ready to move forward with healthcare reform whether Republicans like it or not.

I don’t get it.
He says the Republican plan won’t work?
I thought only the Dems have put forth any ideas and the GOP was just the “party of NO”?!?
Either the media is lying or the President is or both.
