Moore to come?

According to The Raw Story Michael Moore was the target of a discreditation campaign. This information has and is coming out into public now. The jist of Michael Moore’s movie is that Health Care in America is lesser than in other countries. In our current financial crisis, this may be true. With prices skyrocketing, people losing jobs, people losing coverage, of course the system is going to be shaken up.

The real problem here shouldnt be whose accusations are true or false, but the intent behind Health Insurance as an industry. Sure, every industry needs to turn a profit and everyone needs to be treated humanely and efficiently. However, we are losing our grip on the real problem we are having,; treating each other as human beings. Accusations and finger pointing is nothing but treating people as monsters and victims, and when you treat some like monsters they easily take on that role. The same can be said for the victim.

There are clear sides here, profit makers and consumers. What is often not mentioned is that profit makers are consumers, and consumers are profit makers as well. Every industry has its issues, corruptions, and smart businessmen that tak ea larger piece of the pie. The problem is when information, and free speech are muffled to keep those profits…

Play fair guys, we’re all friends, brothers, sisters, etc. We all just want whats best for us even as you are robbing us blind.  I can understand service for a high price, but no service for an exorbitant price makes no sense to me or anyone.  We know you love your industry, figure out a way to make it work for us too.

Why not keep us healthy and happy and turn a profit?
