		<description>I am totally agree with the article that taking proper exercise of 15-20 min per day can kick you out from smoking. Smoking is a kind of habit that is really hard to stop. Many people try to quit the habit but most of them fail on doing that. Moreover, if you go for the Gym and still carry on smoking then it can leads to certain situation that is not good for health.</description>
