I deposited $2500 deducted from weekly paychecks and received a Visa debit card that is use to pay co-pays for doctor's visits and prescription medicine. The idea is the $2500 is deducted from my gross income making the co-pays tax deductable. Suppose I buy a 54" HDTV with the debit card, or some other non-medical goods and services.
